Continuous Personal Development (CPD) – We believe that effective CPD contributes significantly to the improvement and quality of the End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO). An investment in the employee not only has a positive effect on their motivation and effectiveness, but it also helps to create a climate for learning, which positively affects both employee ability and assessment quality throughout the EPAO. Employees will receive a minimum of 4 sponsored days each year for CPD and upskilling in their business area.

Remote Working – We operate on a fully remote model giving you the flexibility of working from home.

Your Birthday Off – After successfully passing your probation, we will give you an additional day off for your birthday.
