Who are Ofqual?
The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation were set up in 2010 with the purpose of regulating the validity and safe delivery of all applicable qualifications and assessments, promoting an effective and efficient qualifications market.
Why is this important?
The Ofqual logo is a recognised quality mark. Recognition for being Ofqual regulated ensures all business activities and qualifications are published against regulatory principles and accreditation criteria. This in turn safeguards the interests of stakeholders; including learners, learning partners and employers.
